Dining During Fort Stay July 4th Weekend?

Hi All,

We are stay at FW over the 4th of July weekend. I've heard that we are allowed to dine in resort dining locations that are open but I can't figure out how to reserve this. I know dining opened today for guests who had canceled dining ressies but that doesn't help us. Do we have to wait to book until we arrive?
