Dining Dilema...Le Cellier X 2

Right now I have 2 dinners at Le Cellier planned for our 7 night trip. I have to move our current ressie for Chefs De France becuase it landed on MNSSHP. Would you give up 1 of your Le Celliers for Chefs?

Our Ressies:

Day 1: Ohana
Day 2: Le Cellier
Day 3: Coral Reef
Day 4: Boma
Day 5: Narcoossee's
Day 6: Lunch at Biergarten (OOP)
Day 7: Le Cellier

My dilema is I want Chefs but don't know where to put it. The most obvious choice would be to switch Day 2 Le Cellier, but I don't want to make any decisions I am going to regret. Also I am wondering if I should cancel Ohana and make it a Biergarten dinner for the first night....This is killing me, LOL!

In trying to be objective (we're DYING for a LeCellier dinner ADR but no luck so far......), we do try to book a different restaurant for each night so I'd probably cancel one of the LeCellier ADR's if I were you. We simply enjoy a different dining experience each night, but that is just our own personal feeling. Having said that, if you do decide to cancel a LeCellier ADR and our dates collide, could you let me know? I have no idea if you are planning a September trip, but we're going from Sept 21 - Sept 30. So far we have:

Coral Reef
O'Hana
Chef Mickeys
Brown Derby
Flying Fish
Boma

I know how hard it is having to make ADR's nowadays -- we used to be able to wing it and eat everywhere we wanted to. You asked about cancelling O'Hana and we personally really like that dinner, perhaps because our children are young and really enjoy the entertainment there. We try to make it there each trip.

I would cancel Ohana and go to Beirgarten instead.

I would give up Le Cellier but not for Chefs...for Kona def!
