I requested a dining card awhile ago and well we had some changes and my computer crashed so i lost it and need another made....

the LeBrun Family-2 children/3adults for 5 days I have 1 child 2yo and i dont think they count that as a paying child if so its 3 children
the Arizmendi Family-2 children/1 adult for 5 days

You wrote DDP on this request. I am never sure if this means just Disney dining plan (1TS, 1CS, 1SN per day) or did you need the deluxe (3TS, 2SN per day)? The last one I did for you was for the counter service plan so I wanted to be sure of which plan you will be on.

I assumed that Rossana was the family name - if I did it incorrectly and it should just read "Rossana" without the family, let me know, it is an easy change.
