Dining credit punchcard

Now that I understand what this is for, I would love to have one for our trip next month. There will be 3 adults, 3 children. We are using the same plan as above but for 4 days. The Wright/Smith Family.

Mom's Deluxe Dining 24 Meal Credits 16 Snack Credits
Dad's Deluxe Dining
Derek's Deluxe Dining
Brandon's Deluxe Dining

all four would have the same amount of meal credits and snack credits.
on deluxe all meals (counter/table service are the same)

Can you tell me what "DxDDP" means? Is that 1 TS, 1 CS and 1 snack per night or something else?
