Dining Choices -- Need Opinions, Please

Ok. I think I have pretty much narrowed down where I would like to dine on my next trip to WDW. I'll have the MYW, going solo, and am not a big breakfast eater, which is why you'll see all lunch or dinner. Also, could you recommend some good counter service places in the parks to dine? Finally, the one's with question marks are the one's I'm not totally sure on. Either I have not dined there before or in a long time. Any and all comments are greatly appreciated, as my 90 day mark will be coming up soon.

Tusker House (CS)
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Casey's Corner (CS)

Dinner:
O'Hana (?)
Cape May Cafe (?)
Yachtsman Steakhouse (?)
Crystal Palace
Cindy's (?)
Liberty Tree Tavern (?)
Le Cellier
Rose & Crown (would do this with CP Dinner Package)
50's Primetime (was thinking early dinner before Fantasmic)

All of your choices sound very good. I have not eaten at all of them but there are a few.

Cape May Cafe is great. We love that
Crystal Palace is great for dinner and bfast
50's prime time food is ok. It's not the greatest but the atmosphere is a riot.
We are doing Le Cellier, Rose & Crown, O'hana and Whispering Canyon on our next trip is sept.
I have not heard a bad thing about Cali Grill or Liberty Tree Tavern


We absolutely love Casey's Corner for lunch. Their hot dogs and toppings are great. Flame tree bbq in AK is great. We liked that.

My family likes:
Ohana. Lots of meat choices and it had something for most everyone in our family.
Cape May--havent been yet. We are trying it in Oct
YS--havent here either but would like to one trip.
Cindys--sorry havent been there either
LTT--my family really liked it last Dec and we are eating there again in Oct. The apple crisp so soooooo good.
Cali Grill--eating there in Sept. I have heard good things about it from repeat visitors.

For counter service:
AK--we like Pizzafari
Epcot--not sure. we try to eat at sit down rests. there
MGM--we dont usually eat counter service here either. We love 50's Prime Time (ask for Topher when you go! He is so much fun!)
MK--Pecos Bills (the fixins bar is great!) and we also like El Pirata y el Perico
