Anyone have a good ballpark budget for daily meals at DL?

Breakfast is taken care of so I'm thinking counter service lunch, table service dinner and a snack (or two). My kids (DS 7 & DD 4)are picky eaters so they may end up sharing some meals since they often don't finish a meal on their own.

I usually budget $50 per adult per day and $30 for DD (she still likes the kid menus but gets a couple of snack while DH and I just get one snack). We re not breakfast people, so that budget covers one cs (around $15), one ts ($25ish) and a snack ($5-10). Of course some days it is less but that helps for the other days when we feel like splurging a little. Check out the menu section and do the math of what you think your family might order.

this is what i do:
go to the Disneyland website and look at the menus for all the counter service and table service resturants and pick a few items that you really want to eat. then create a list with prices. then you can figure out a budget based on that.

we bring in our own water bottle and snacks. but we allow ourselves a snack or two on the trip for each person... so estimate about $ 5 - 10 pp per snack?

We had some expensive days where we had reservations at table service restaurants we really wanted to eat at. Then other days were quite inexpensive. We were there last September and it was really hot this meant a lot of days we didn't eat 3 meals we just wanted water and a sprite every few hours lol that helped the budget. We shared meals where possible and used counter service we found the corn dogs to be filling and yum had that for dinner a couple of nights. I found the portions at Red Rockets Pizza Port in Tomorrowland for pasta and salads more than enough the share.

we eat breakfast in the hotel.. make and take our own lunch..and dine either table side or fast service when at Disney.. family of 3 who travel with a friend and her niece and our budget is pretty tight.. by taking our own lunch we save a good amount of money

I have always just went and looked at the menus where we are suppose to eat and figure it up that way so your way would be easier

This is a pretty good idea!! I usually figure out where we are going to eat and look at the menus and go by that but this is easier!

I'm budgeting $150 per day for 2 adults and 2 children ages 6, 7. We have breakfast provided at our hotel. Trying (unsuccessfully so far, see the October Dining Booking Issues thread) to book one character meal, WOC and F! dinner packages, but our other days won't be as expensive. I can definitely see us splitting/sharing meals. Hoping it all evens out in the end! Also, still budgeting the $150 per day on our arrival/departure days, so hopefully that will offer some extra padding as well, since I don't see us spending that much on airport food :)
