Dining at US/IOA

I'm planning my first visit to US/IOA in October, and was wondering about the dining. I'm traveling with a friend, and we both like to be able to have a sit down meal at the end of the day.

I looked up a bunch of the restaurants at Citywalk, but was wondering if they required reservations ahead of time, or if they were first come first served. If they do require reservations, how far ahead of time can you make them?

Thanks for any help. I can't wait to have a few new parks to explore.

Both Emeril's at CityWalk and Emeril's Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific Resort require reservations. You can make them at
