See I think this is key. Everyone that says 'we like buffets' then goes on to mention other 'Disney' buffets, and in some cases admit to not going to buffets outside WDW.

IMO, if you like Golden Corral, Old Country Buffet and or Ryans, then youll enjoy H & V as its much better than those, but if you would never step foot in any of those, then H & V is not likely to stand up to the other 'Disney' buffets in comparison.
