Dining at DLP at Christmas

Hi guys!

My sister and I have been to DLP a few times now and this is the first time we are going at Christmas time! I'm a bit confused about dining reservations. We'd like to make reservations at Blue Lagoon and Walts. I'm confused as the park opening hours change so often, do the restaurants close when the parks close? And how likely is it that we will get a reservation for those places?
