Do the restaurants at Disney cater to someone with a restricted diet?

They are great! When my son was 2, we ate at Chef Mickey's and the chef there prepared him his own allergy friendly meal. The chef came out to our table to talk to us about what he can eat. It was a buffet, and he wasn't even charged for a child's meal for the special meal. He had over 20 allergies at that time and has added more since then. We are going back in 2 weeks and have 4 ADR's with our dining plan. There is a special form you can fill out once you have your dining reservations that they will send to each of the chefs and your Disney hotel, so they are prepared for you.
