Dining at Artist Point - How long??

Hello!!

For planning purposes...

We have an ADR at Artist's Point for 6:30pm in September (reservations were wide open, so I don't think it will be busy).

What time do you think our meal will be finished?? I'm trying to figure out what we'll have time to do after.

If you have apps, entrees, and dessert, I would say 8 or 8:30. Depends on how long you savor your meal, if you order after dinner drinks, etc. They space it well enough so as not to rush you.

This is a dinner worth lingering over! I'd block 2 hours time and you must order the Berry Cobbler for dessert - it's amazing!

When I was there, we had the four course meal they offer, and were there for over two hours (probably closer to three). It definately wasn't rushed, but it didn't seem slow either.

Unless you are in a hurry, then I would allow at least 2 hours.

I'm partial to the actual coffee. . .French press. . .served tableside. . .perfect accompaniment to either berry cobbler or coffee two ways dessert. As for time, the 2 to 2.5-hour range is about right unless you ask them to rush. Of course, if you do that, then you miss out on the luxury of a wonderful meal in a special place.
