No matter what the time of year, I'm sure you are sweet enough already...

As far as a sweater goes, I doubt for September. Perhaps someone else can advise you about April.

The theatres and restaurants can get chilly from the A/C. I would bring one with you just in case. Keep on the back of your chair if temps are comfortable indoors.

We cruised in March. I did not need a sweater in the dining rooms or clubs, but was always cold walking through the ship getting from place to place. I had one of those little sweaters that just look like sleeves and it worked out great!
