Dining and photo pass questions?

Two questions-

1. in June 2015 we were at Disneyland and bought a photo pass with all our pics for $99 2 months before we left. Have they since changed this? Is there a website I purchase from? It was the best thing ever!

2. I see some people are booking dining reservations, I tried to log on and it's only allowing booking for December 2 people (we arrive 12/26) is there a way around this?

You can buy a 1 week Photopass now on the DL app. It has changed in that you now get digital downloads of your dining photos instead of actual prints. Plus you cannot add borders to your photos online.

Dining reservations are available 60 days out. No way around that.

One of the pluses of the new system is that you can buy your photopass after you get home. And the online interaction is now more similar to WDWs magic maker where you can see a watermarked picture on your phone soon after it is taken. It's still nowhere near as good as the old photopass though. As stated above, no more dining print outs with your pp but if you want them you can
Purchase them at the restaurant for an extra charge.

I miss the borders so much and I super miss making a photo mug each trip. We have a cabinet full of photo mugs!!

I keep asking this but still haven't gotten an answer. Do you know if they can add borders to the photos in the photo stores in the parks?

As of August, yes. We received a free 5x7 print out with our vacation package which we redeemed at the photoshop on Main Street and they added the SW logo border. We also purchased the photo package at Plaza Inn and Goofy's (in June) and they also come with borders, or, in the case of Plaza, what they would call a "sticker" at WDW using Memory Maker. But the Plaza border/sticker was nice - I've never been able to add a location specific border to my Plaza pictures in 5 years so it was cool to have it at the bottom! The Goofy's had the border, the signature sticker and the GK sticker! Pretty nice!

Also, if you are an AP holder, the photo packages are only $19.99 and it also comes with a digital download of all the photos, unfortunately not with the border though, just the "plain" pictures. I think it was $21.55 with tax. For us, it was a bargain as we usually only do photos at breakfasts and we usually only do one photo breakfast (goofy, plaza) per trip, so I was kinda bummed to have to spend $39 for the one day photopass just to get our breakfast pics so this was a good (read: cheaper) alternative.
