Hi all! We are currently planning our second family trip to the world and I'm formulating my ADR list! Here's my problem-- dh is extremely allergic to chicken/turkey or anything made with chicken/turkey stock. I'd like to try the Liberty Tree for a character dinner, but it sounds like everything is family style turkey dinner. While I'd like to try this restaurant out-- the thought of putting dh in the hospital on our first night of vacation doesn't have much charm!

How accommodating are the restaurants to food allergies(particularly LT for dinner)?

TIA

They are very accomodating. When you make your ADRs make sure you mention it and it will be a part of your ADR note on their computer. They will tell you to call 24hrs before your ADR and make sure they are aware of the allergies. When you actually get to the restaurant, the chef will come out and talk to you about your particular allergies and tell you which foods to avoid.

come visit on the disability board - allergies are something some of have to live with - even at WDW.

the chefs at Disney are good and they definitely understand about allergies.
