Ding trouble

I've downloaded SW new ding program, but I get the message "a communication error has occurred" with an explanation point over the wing in my tool bar. I'm able to access the program, but in a week I have not received one special. I'm using AOL and Windows XP. When I checked the "help" menu, it said this can occur, but did not give info on how to correct it.

Has this happened to anybody else? Does anybody know how to fix this?

mine worked fine yesterday and this morning I have the same problem. I wonder if it is their problem, not ours. I guess time will tell.

It could also be a firewall issue. If you are trying to use it from home, you may need to tweak your firewall settings to make sure it is not blocking access. If you are using it from work, you might have to contact your IS department to see if they can help you.

I did nothing and when the new stuff came thru it was just fine and the error disappeared. Might be a glitch.
