I thought so too but I don't seem to have one running. My laptop is old and I remember deleting it. It works on my desktop though. Any ideas on how to check the firewall thing?
I was having the same problem even after I had granted access through my security software and removed the firewall. I called Dell Tech support and he had me uninstall/ re-install Internet Explorer and voila! I can get my Dings! I'm no computer whiz, so I cannot explain how or why, but it worked after that....good luck!
