Ding kicks off--please help!!!

Installed Ding last nite and after several minutes, it says unable to connect or something similar. What is going wrong? When I choose my departure airport, it goes over to the left column, but then when I get the message, my preference is gone and I have to start over. When I hit 'update registration' it says that it cannot connect to Southwest. Is this a firewall or security issue? I added the website to my list of trusted sites, etc. Please help!!! Awaiting prices for January to Orlando from Hartford. One more question, how do you access the sale price once the ding shows up? Thank you all so much.

I have had NO luck downloading the dings at home (I've tried numerous times). I guess because I am wireless the firewall in my router won't let it load right. (That is what I have been told). Anyway...it sure is frustrating. I wish they would let us check the dings without getting the downloads and notification. I have the ding downloaded at work, but I'm not at work all of the time! I'm on a router and have successfully downloaded DING! after a few "false" starts. Had to load and unload it several times before it "took". At first I always had to have a browser open for the window to connect but now it seems to run smoother.

Is it possible for a DIS buddy to send you a link when a DING for your airport comes up?

If I do see it listed from someone else (the ding thread), how, then, do I get to the special? Do I just go to the regular soutwest website? Thank you so much.

Silly me, the window came up 1/2 size so I didn't see that I was supposed to fill out more information and then hit the OTHER register button, not the 'update registration' button. So, it's all set now. Thanks.
