I get all the way to entering the number/id thing and then it freezes up on me. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am computer illiterate. I think I checked norton right, but couldn't find anything that said ding, so I was assuming it wasn't installed completely. I had to hit task manager to close the ding frozen screen. Last night, there was an error when I tried saying southwest was having tech problems. Seems everytime I try to download it, it won't let me???
