Dine with Shamu times???

We are going to Orlando SeaWorld for a day in late January 2009. We are thinking about doing the "Dine with Shamu" for lunch.

Questions:
1) Does "Dine with Shamu" take place throughout the day (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)?
2) Are there defined times (like on the hour)?

We plan to do the Luau in the evening (I think it is at 6pm), so would prefer to do Dine with Shamu around noon.

I've searched the Seaworld website and this message board for this info, but haven't been able to find these answers. Thanks for any responses!

I just got back on Monday so I've got a recent map with the times on the back. It says for July 2008 -

Backstage at Believe - 11:45am and 2:15pm

Dine with Shamu - 5pm

Shamu Rocks Dinner Buffet - 7:15p and 9pm

This should help. I don't know if the times change in January 2009 though.

Thanks for the info. I found some more info on the SeaWorld website through December. Looks like the Dine with Shamu is primarily a late-afternoon or evening event.
