Dine with Shamu & One Ocean Show

We are heading to SeaWorld in May. I have reserved the Dine with Shamu dinner. Does anyone know what time the dinner show runs? There is a One Ocean show at 6:30pm on the day we will be there and the park closes at 7:00pm. Will we be out of dinner in time to watch the One Ocean show or should I do an earlier show? I've heard the dinner and One Ocean show are different so I wanted to see both.
