Has abyone done the "dine with an imagineer" for lunch at studios or dinner at Whispering Canyon or Flying fish? What is the menu consist of and can we order substitutions? Thanks for the help.:)

Flying Fish seems to be in test mode only, for a limited period. Hootch is right about the menu choices - there are three options for each course, not just the entree. When I was there, the only 'substitution was that one of the younger diners was allowed to order an entree from the kids' menu.

The Artist Point (not Whispering Canyon) dinner was discontinued a couple of years ago. Don't know anything about Flying Fish but I heard it was advertised in the restaurant itself and nowhere else.

There were no choices for the soup or salad, but two for appetizers, three entrees and two desserts. It is a lot of food. Only thing I did as a "substitution" was order the cobb salad without the egg. I do not think they will let you order an entree that is not on the menu because they probably don't want to go over their price point - children may be an exception, but children's meals are not expensive. (For an allergy or medical condition I'm sure they will make an accommodation)

I've tried a couple times to book the Flying Fish one for May but have been told it's available only through the end of April so far.
