I have 2 kids one will use the nursery, but the older one i want to do dine and play. (We have late dinner.) Is it possible to run the baby up to the nursery when the big kids go to the kids club? Also, if that is possible what time do they come pick up the big kids?

Thanks!

You could always take the baby to the nursery while the counselers meet the older one at the MDR entrance and go up as a group. That is typically 9 to 9:15 if I recall correctly. You want to tell your serving team that the older child will be going to the club with a counseler.

As an added thought, you need to prebook and pay for the nursery so you would want that figured out ahead of time for the nights you plan to use the nursery.

Thanks I was trying to work out how much nursery time to book. I booked it starting at 8:30 figuring that i could cancel the 30 minutes if i needed to. You can cancel nursery 2 hours before right?

That I have no idea about as I have teens. But I would imagine that it would be a nice window in which to cancel. :)

From the DCL website:
Cancellations may be made without penalty 4 hours or more before your reservation time. No-shows will forfeit the entire cost of care for the time reserved while Guests who call to cancel fewer than 4 hours before their reservation time will forfeit half the cost of care.

Sure you can go and drop off your baby at the nursery during dinner, I have left the table several times during our cruise to.... go to the bathroom, go get a sweater from our stateroom... once even to go to guest services real quick. The dinners take so long that it was no problem.
Also regarding cancelling the nursery.. technically yes they can charge you if you cancel under 4 hours. In my experience though (well my friends' who had a baby with them) they never got charged if they called the nursery before the start time of what they booked. Anyway this is not a guarantee of course, I would try to give them more notice to be safe.

We also have the late seating and use the dine in play, the youth staff are waiting at the entrance to the restaurant by around 9 and leave at 9:15.
Couple of times we missed them and DH would just run the kids upstairs to the club and be back within 5 min.

If you're already leaving to run the baby to the nursery I'd take your other kids directly to the Club and skip waiting for Dine and Play. While we LOVE dine and play, the kids all sort of wait together for 15-20 minutes at the restaurant entrance and we noticed the kids were restless and my son said it was boring to just stand there for 15 minutes. We just took the 2 minutes to run hm straight up when he was ready (by the time he was 7 we let him walk up himself).
