Dim sum at Nine Dragons question?

I hear that they do it different than most Chinese resturants can some one explain?

What is the difference between steamed,deep-fried,pan-fried and cold(most confused on this type)is it all the same food but just cooked differently?

So what do you get if you order a plate of dim sum at Nine Dragons?

I've never had dim sum but it looks like a good option for a solo diner for lunch? Ohh would any of the above include potsticker?

I do not know the particulars about the dish you are asking about, but I will strongly recommend NOT going to Nine Dragons at all. We found it to be the worst restaurant in all of WDW and the worst Chinese food in the country. We are used to good Chinese food.
