Sheila -- Great LO! the swirls and circles and burst give it a very ocean-y feel.... So fun. Love the circular text too. I like that font -- do you know which one it is?

Barabara -- I hadn't even noticed the duplicated name. Isn't it funny how you can check and recheck your own LO, though, and not notice an error? I have posted LOs with glaring spelling errors, date errors and everything and I always wonder how in the heck I missed them... I think we look at our own LOs too long sometimes.... I hope you'll continue to post you LOs... this is a great place for inspiration!

Thanks. The font is LauraTscript by Darcy Baldwin. I got it in a grab bag last year but didn't install it until recently because I figured I already had enough fonts. Only recently did I discover how great Darcy's fonts are for journaling.

Here are two pages that I just did of the 75 Mickey statues that travelled the country a few years ago. I thought that I'd try something new and use one of the Yin Design Templates with a photo for a background. (They don't quite match up at the center seam so it will look okay once it is bound into a StoryBook).

That pic of you with Snow White and Dwarves is SOOOOOO Super cute!!!! Love the costume!!!

Thanks. I kept going back and forth on who to be, but I'm glad I went as Snow White. The neck piece kept falling down, though, which was annoying because it was fine the many times I tried it on. It was funny, too, before the party officially started, we were trying to stay cool in Cosmic Rays, and in walks 2 women, one dressed as the Evil Queen. We just kept staring each other down from across the room, hah!

So cute. You totally need to go back for your birthday!

That's my plan! I want to make those arrangements NOW!! It'll be the perfect time, too, so we can see the holiday decorations (even though I love the Halloween party SO much!)

Yes. She really liked it, too! It was from when Michelle was in one of the fluff events in NYC in Oct '03. Can't believe it was so long ago!

I didn't get to see Heather, but I did meet Sunny (sconnell)! She spotted me in the food court in the land pavillion and totally shocked me. My mom was driving me crazy at the moment and then all of a sudden, I heard my name and it was Sunny! It was hysterical. My mom thinks I'm a total nut because I was recognized three times during the week by DIS-ers! It was really funny and cool, too! Then I saw Sunny again at LTT before the Halloween party. I'm sorry, but I forgot to get a picture of us together. I don't know what I was thinking!!

Cool!! I only saw 2 DISers. One on our first day, but I didn't say anything because she was going into the restroom (same thing happened to me on our first day last year!) Other time was in line for Toy Story Mania, but I never caught her name, I just asked if she was on the DIS.

Any digi-scrappers going to be at Disney November 1-8? I'll be back then, too!!

Oh, I wish!! Can I hide in your suitcase? You aren't *too* far away from me.

Thanks! I have SO many pics from that parade, but I had just scrapped 14 LOs from it for my Oct 07 trip, and didn't feel like doing that all over again, haha, so I just made one LO. I really miss that parade. We didn't even see the new one DHS has.

This is great! I do this all the time! I use photos as backgrounds a LOT. It's very rare that I will use a background paper. I think it helps tell the story to use photos, altered or not, in a background.. so bravo!!! Totally cool!
