Wenrob, I love these layouts! Very, very nice. How did you do the torn paper on the Cruella one? Torn paper is very hard for me and I'm figuring there must be something I'm missing. I'm using photoshop so if anyone knows an easy way to do torn paper in photoshop, I'd appreciate it.

Hypermommy, it was a freebie template, I don't think the link is valid anymore. I will try to find the designer, it was awhile back and the template is on my EHD. A Warning though, where she sells, they wouldn't honor the coupon they gave me and charged a fee for not spending over ten dollars. Needless to say I canceled the transaction and sent them an email but they never responded. I have seen another like it, if I run across it I'll link you up. If you go around to the different digi sites a lot of them have torn paper templates.

Crediting the designer is always appreciated and "scrap lifting" is fine. It's nice to acknowledge who you got the idea from too but you don't have to.

Just like WenRob said, its totally fine to copy a LO or be inspired by something someone else did. I do it all the time. What they are talking about stealing is buying a kit or pack of elements and then giving a copy to someone. That's piracy and its illegal, not to mention very rude to the designer who worked so hard to make the digi-products.

But looking at someone else's LO and making one thats similar is called "scraplifting" and its perfectly fine. I try and always give mention of who I scraplifted in my credits when I do that. And yes, you always should give full credit of the products you use when you post a LO online. I keep track of mine as I scrap the page so I don't forget!!

Say, you like my map LO or Britt's memorabilia LO (layout) so you decide you're going do something similar. That's a scraplift. It's not bad, it's a huge compliment really that someone liked what you did. Sometimes people do exactly what they see and sometimes it starts the way someone did it and you go in another direction. I try to give the person credit for the idea if I know who they are. (sometimes I cruise the galleries and have no idea where I saw something)

Love your pages! Wow! Where did you see Cruella, at MGM? I sure hope we see her before our APs expire!! Where did you find the puppies, just on the internet somewhere or part of a package? Our next visit we are staying at All-Star Movies so definitely will want to do a puppy page!

Luciado, that's Main Street in Disneyland. The puppies are clipart from a google search(a giveaway, no credit required per the site). I enlarged it and recolored it so hopefully it will print alright.
