This ia amazing! How did you do it?!Just getting started on a digital scrapbook for our trip this past April. Lots of great ideas in this group - thanks! I'm using Photobook Canada and keeping the design pretty straightforward but a couple of pages I'm doing up photo-montages such as this one for all our souvenirs, Disney pins and other items. I'll use this page as the final page as a way to wrap up the album - showing all the things we brought back that will remind us of our trip.
I scanned all of the elements (passes, lanyard, pins we bought, etc.) as individual files and then assembled the montage, applied drop shadows and everything in Photoshop. Some items like the stroller licence plate and Mousekeeping thank you envelope I got from some helpful folks that posted them here or on another forum. The touring plan in the background is the actual one I developed and used for our trip. So the montage is a reflection of all the souvenirs and things we took on our trip.
Some we make ourselves, others are freebies from variouis scrapping sites, stores or blogs, and others are from kits we purchased from the same sites, or online stores. If you are just starting out, a GREAT place to visit is www.mousescrappers.com They are a forum just like this one, but they are ALL about scrappbooking. They run challenges, that offer prizes for participating, or in template challenges, you can download a free template to use to participate in that challenge. It's through mousescrappers that I've been able to complete so many of my Disney Pages over the past 6 months. Lots of tutorials and tips to be found there too.
