Digital Scrapbooking ???

How do you do it..yes I know, a super vague question. But I really do not get it all! I joined artscow and I am not understanding it

Sorry if this is a super annoying question, I'm just in awe of some of the stuff I see on here and would love to learn the tricks and secrets!

Essentially it's like regular scrabooking. You start with background papers, then add in your pictures and put frames around them, then decorate them with word art or embellishments. The only difference is that it is all digital instead of paper, photographs, and stickers. The best part is if you don't like what you did, you can change it quite easily until you get the effect you want! Sorry, I can see where that would be like jumping into the deep end of the pool! Try this instead: http://freedigitalscrapbooking.com/digital_scrapbooking_howto.html. It's a gentle way to start and answers a lot of questions (the "Scrapbooking 101" section is very helpful).

The first step is to decide what digital software program you want to use. I use Creative Memories' Storybook Creator Plus program. Very user friendly. Once you figure the basic of your program you just download digital versions of papers and embellishments and go from there.

Hi there! My soon to be 6 year old is having a birthday party that is Phineas and Ferb themed -- I"d love to change the name on the graphics to use for party stuff. Any way to make the .jpg editable for name(s)? Thanks!!
