Digital layouts to share...one more added 3-23

Okay, with the help of a friendly nudge by JESW I FINALLY started scrapping Kira's album. I plan on making a photobook out of them at mypublisher.com.

FYI:

I use Photoshop CS2 for all my digital layouts.

Most of the stuff is designed by me, some elements from some pages have been downloaded for free from either http://www.scrapbook-bytes.com or http://digitalscrapbookplace.com.

Now aren't you glad that you started?? Sometimes we just need a little push to get back into things. I hadn't scrapped for months but now I am back into it. I *finally* made it to March 2004 in both kids' books so now I am only 3 years behind!

Very, very nice pages! And I bet you are amazed when you look at them at how big she has gotten and how much she has changed since then. When you are in the middle of it those days seem to drag on forever, but the first year seems to be over in a blink of an eye...

Sorry, I get all weepy-like when I think of those days with my kids..

I love the story on the last page. So sweet! My grandfather did something similar for my DS and learning to read. He left for him a book that he won for a reading contest in school when he was 8. It was dated 1926. He wanted my son to have it. Thanks for sharing...

Cass....Your pages are incredible...they look so "real" it's hard to believe they are digital layouts. I'm sure you've answered this before but if I may ask...what program you use? and is it easy to use?
