We had an issue using our wallet digital card at Steakhous 71. The waitress said she needed to see the expiration date. That was the first we heard of that all week. We were confused. She spoke to the manager and gave us the discount. Not without an attitude.

Apparently APs are now supposed to show their "card" from within the MDE app (not MagicMobile) that has an expiration date. Guessing the server got confused between AP and DVC....I mean, why would Disney want to use the same system for both affiliations.....

Like I would go to that much trouble for a mini bag of Cheezeits and a Diet Coke.

No way for the cheezits and diet coke, but maybe for the comfortable chair and air conditioning....

Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t know this, but my kindergartner just figured out if you double click on an iPhone from the locked screen, it pulls up your Apple Wallet. Handy!

Edit: just found out you can’t access the DVC info this way, it’s more for the tap and pay action. Dang.

Cool! Thanks. I did go into Settings, Wallet and toggle the 2 tap Home Key method. Worked great. And YES, it does pull up the DVC card. Tapping the 3 dots at the top lets the CM know the info.

Going into my wallet, I get the three dots for the DVC card, but the double-tap method does not show the three dots when I select the DVC card.

(Speaking of tapping, I just recently found out if you go into Settings, there's a Magnifier function that lets you quickly tap 3 times on the home key and it brings up a Magnifier. Yes, I'm old and it sure comes in handy.)

When I got it I tapped on the blue card and up popped the dots.
NOW,, when I tried it again, the blue card won't show the dots and says "Updating Card".
Disney IT never fails to hurt my brain.
