Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t know this, but my kindergartner just figured out if you double click on an iPhone from the locked screen, it pulls up your Apple Wallet. Handy!

Edit: just found out you can’t access the DVC info this way, it’s more for the tap and pay action. Dang.

No the home button. If it doesn’t work, make sure you have selected the option to access Wallet when locked in Settings.

Yes, side button for newer (newer than the iphone 8) devices.

I will mention that while it will pull up your wallet you CANNOT view the info on the card so you can't show the DVC Y information. Or at least I can't figure out how to get that to work.

It works to open the iPhone wallet - but have you figured out how to flip the MM card around to show the DVC Y? If so, please share! I’ve tapped on the MM card but it won’t flip, and I can’t see the 3 dots in the corner.

Im trying. Weird that my other passes show the dots but not this one. Hmmm.

My CC don’t show the dots so I wonder if it’s because it taps in?

It seems the membership cards show the 3 dots, but the CC don’t, and the MM card doesn’t. I guess they’re coded differently from the membership cards. Sigh.

I know. I was so excited but am now so disappointed.

When you double click, iOS opens your wallet to pay for a transaction via NFC. That is how you pay for your coffee using your iPhone. Disney could advance their technology to get this to work, but this is Disney IT.
