Digital Camera under $200?

Ok, I'm sure this post has been made many, many times on this thread, but here is goes again.

What do you think is the best camera for under $200? We are in the market for a new digital camera for our next trip to WDW and don't wan to spend a bunch of money on a new camera. The wife wants something on the smaller size so she can put it in her purse.

Everyone has thier own tastes... I like the Fuji S1500 in that price range. It's a little bit bigger than a pocket camera, but still plenty small enough to fit in the average purse.
