Digital Camera Question

I am wanting a digital camera, but don't want to spend a lot of money on one. I saw this in the Target Black Friday ad and was wandering if it was a good deal or not. Even though I don't want to spend a lot, I also don't want one that isn't worth anything. It is on sale for 99.99 but reg. 159.99.

What do you guys think?

If you think this isn't a good deal, do you have any recommendations under $150?

If it does not have optical zoom, is really does not have real zoom. Digital zoom is worthless. If it has not capacity for a memory card in addition to the internal memory, no good either. Other than those two items I have no idea.

My personal pref would be the Kodak, just because the SD card is much cheaper than xD cards.
