digital camera ?? Pics taken w/o SD card in...

Hi all,
I mistakenly took a couple pics without my SD card in my digital camera. How can I get those pics onto my SD card? Is it even possible? I can't find the cords to hook my camera to my computer. Any suggestions?

Your pictures were saved to your camera ONLY if you also have some sort of internal memory on the camera. If the card is the only memory on your camera, sadly, you took no pictures other than what you remember of them in your own mind.

If your camera DOES have internal memory, but you cannot find the connection cords, I'd head to a camera shop, Best Buy, Radio Shack, or other electronic store with your camera and see what cord you need to purchase to download the internal memory.

It should be feasible to believe that all your internal memory files can be transferred to your SD card if you place it back in. Check your documentation that came with your camera. It's been a while since I had a camera with internal memory, so I'm fuzzy on the process.

what model of camera do you have?

You'll need to connect the camera to a computer to get the photos off.

I can do it with one of my cameras but I don'remember which one. Check the manual.If you can the manual will tell you how.

Thanks for everyone's help. I am still trying to figure it out. If I can't get the photo's no big deal, my friend took some that night also.

Can you see the pictures on the camera? If so, they were recorded into internal memory. If not, they are probably gone. If they are in internal memory, you can probably see them by connecting your camera directly to your computer with a USB cable.

Yes, I can see the pics, so they are on the internal memory. I was just hoping to get them onto the memory card (that has other pics on it) somehow. I want to take the memory card to the store and have all pics from vacation printed.

Can you copy them onto your computer with a USB cable and then copy them onto the memory card by attaching it to your computer with a card reader?
