I have been looking at buying a new digital camera for some time now. I decided to upgrade to the Sony dsc-F707. The $999.00 price at Circuit City and Best Buys kept holding me back and I am a bit leary to spend that kind of money on-line with a company I know nothing of. I then discovered that Sears has a "Price Match" policy. All I did was print the page of a site offering this camera for $640.00 plus $32.00 shipping and when to my local Sears store and they honored the price. what would have been $1059.00 cost me $712.00, saving $312.00. And BTW the camera is all I had hoped for. The pictures are great. I don't know if this info will help anyone but I thought it might. Can't wait for October to try it out on the Wonder.

I work for Sears and yes they are great about price matching. It depends on your salesrep if they will honor prices from web pages. Even as an employee I have heard varying reports about that. Congrats on your purchase. My mouth watered at the F707 but I unfortunately had to go with the less expensive P5. It is still an awesome camera.
