Difficulty getting through Reservations line

Hello! Is anyone else having difficulty getting through the Reservations line? I make it all the way through keying in my reservation number, which the system can't recognize. It then says it's going to connect me to someone, takes additional info, and goes completely silent. No background music. Then, a short bit later, it goes straight into the survey as if someone answered the call.

I've tried calling on my cell phone and a landline.

EDIT: I can now hear the background music. And a notification that there is heavier call volume than usual, with a 20 minute wait. Weirdly -- it's playing Iago's song from the Tiki Room Under New Management. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone.

EDIT again: The line went silent 12 minutes in. About 20 seconds later, survey.

I haven't called the line today but I do know cancelling reservations on the app has not been working, the website wasn't doing much better for me this morning, and I'm sure enough people have today off with Monday being a holiday (so, more time to call). Hopefully you get through soon!

I've never experienced it dropping calls in this fashion, even when it's busy! I had forgotten that it's a Friday before a holiday weekend - that makes a bit more sense. I wish I could cancel it online, but it won't let me do that via the website either. :badpc:
 
Maybe there is a max queue size on the phone hold and then it drops calls after that. Perhaps try later today when they aren't as busy.

It's strange - I've had much longer quoted wait times before (like 45-60 minutes) and not been dropped. The line continued to do it no matter how many people it seemed to think were in the queue before me, quoting me waits as low as "less than five minutes." That could also be a glitch, though :)
