Difficulty checking AP rates

I have a new AP voucher attached to my account and I can see it under tickets. Prior to that I had an AP, but it has expired. For some reason, I can't check AP rates anymore. It takes me to a renewal page even though I bought and linked a new voucher. Anyone offer any help on how I can see AP rates again?

It happens to people intermittenly. I don't think anyone has figured out why some people can and some people can't. At one point we were guessing that only those that bought it through Disney could see them.

Interesting theory. I did purchase through Sam’s but how would they know that?

Not exactly sure. However, when you buy it from Disney, you don't have to link it, it just shows up. But again, its just a theory.
