Difficult trip.

Well first, I commend you for taking on that planning for the group, something I couldn't do, nor could I really let others plan for me. The planning is a love hate thing in my experience, but it's personal. If they are willing to give that up to someone else then great but if it isn't what they want after, then you have done everything .

I do hope you were able to enjoy your trip and you are left with good memories of it
