I have left several messages and no response. Has anyone else had issues?
Is it for the trip in 5 months? She may have more immediate requests she is prioritizing ahead of yours. Personally, I would wait until a bit closer to the trip. GL!
She would not know when my trip is. I have ordered cakes several times and always order early without a problem. I still haven't received a return call.
I can't remember how many days went by without her returning my call...maybe 4 or 5. I gave up and decided to add a cake to one of our meals at the Contemporary. Of course, Pat called the next day

2) There can be lots and lots of calls.
3) Sometimes, delays are inevitable.
4) At least you did get a return call prior to your event/ADR.

They should get her some help. You are right, if only one person handles this there are delays. That is a lot of pressure for anyone.

1) Still a question of money.
2) And profit.
3) Unless the phone people are ALWAYS busy, it does not pay for WDW to add assistants.
4) WDW does not like people to be idle for parts of the day.
5) Unless they are Front Desk or Concierge waiting for bus loads of DME guests.
6) Unfortunately, the way it is at Disney today.
I was transferred over to Pat yesterday. She answered the phone and I placed my order for next month at 1900 PF. She was very helpful. She didn't Rush me off the phone or anything like that.she seemed very nice & professional.
I wonder if there are multiple people but they all call themsleves Pat?

The GF does put out some amazing cakes as does the CR
