Every time I get an Email, my heart misses a beat but, so far, nothing. I have found out that 3 people were interviewed (including me) and, as there are 2 posts to be filled, that increases my odds.

Abso-bloomin-lutely NOT! Missus.
I've interviewed people before and some panel members are slow with their notes and as if it's anything like the NHS (public sector) there's a ton of paperwork to fill in too.

I am sure between work and tea breaks they will be running behind. They probably should have said you would hear in a couple days especially if there are two positions to fill. I am sure you will have the job it will be the other position they are not sure about.
