Different National question

I used some points to get a certificate for a weeks free rental...I reserved the car using the information and can't find the award. It doesn't say on my reservation information that it is required. Any ideas as to wheter I will need to get a new one?? I know for small $15 ones I have had copies...

Not sure about your certificate, but I used National 5 times last year and 4 times this year (so far) and on every trip I used the $20 coupon (entertainment), and each and every time the representative asked for the coupon and kept it. One trip I used emerald reward points for my 2 free days, and the rep asked for the "coupon", which I didn't have and told her that they were tied to my account--after careful searching, she accepted that--but did take some convincing at the Kiosk window.
