Different ideas to do with kids at DW

Hi,

We are going back to Disney with my two DD 8 & 6 in October this year. We want to do something special with them that we haven;t done before. We are planning to not go commando in the parks and will be there for 6 days, any ideas?

There is the BBB, dd liked that alot!

The princess tea party is alright but on the pricey side.

DD's fav still is the Wonderland Tea party, she has done it twice at 5 and at 8yr old. Its like $35 and you have an hour and a half to yourself at the GF. Dd asked to do it again on this trip. Once we hung out at the pool bar and the last time we did the Grand Tea while she was gone.

The pirate cruises are fun, DD did that from the Beach Club and we had breakfast just as adults while she was gone at Spoodles.

We also put DD in the Wonderland Club when she was 5 for a night and she begged to go back. Last year she stayed at the beach clubs kid club while we had dinner and loved that one even more as it had video games for her to play.

She also said to tell you she loves Cirque at Downtown Disney. We have seen it 2x now, its amazing and a great family thing to do together.

The family magic tour is also fun. Its at the MK and I dont want to give it all away but we had a riot doing it with our guide and a couple of other families who had signed up.

If you haven't done the mini golf before that can be fun.
Last year we took a day and did all four courses. We did Winter/Summerland in the morning. Had lunch at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Went back to the hotel and swam until it cooled off a bit and then had CS dinner and did Fantasia Gardens. The kids really loved it and we got some great photos. WE liked that it was something "different" that made the trip special that we could all do together.
