Different flights, Same room???

How does it work for ME when one person in your party is coming in on a different flight then the rest of the people in your party. There is only 20 minutes difference from their flight to ours, so they will wait for us, so that we all travel together to the resort.

Will this be an issue???

That won't be an issue at all. You can either have those arriving sooner, just wait at the airport for the later arrivals, or everyone can just take the DME bus when they arrive.
If it's just 20 minutes, I would say hang out at the airport and travel to the resort together. But, arriving on different flights is not going to be an issue. My dh and dd arrived 36 hrs after I did and they had no issue at all.
