DH can't go to WDW with me in October so I invited my friend.

She and I are on different flights and different airlines. MS told me that all the information (luggage stickers and voucher booklet) will come to me since I hold the reservation. Fine so far.

But...if I remember correctly, the voucher booklet has ONE PAGE with both names on it. If she and I are on different flights and airlines and for what ever reason we become separated, (flights delayed, etc.) and she has to take the bus alone what would she have to show the representative at the Magical Express Desk once we arrive in Orlando?

I'm just thinking ahead of time. :rotfl:

Our Neice was coming down on a later flight so we just took her name and tags out of the package and gave them to her.

We did call ME and they said that was fine as long as her name was on the ressie and she had the info.

She ended up not going but it was not a problem even at the ME desk talking to the CM about it.

Call ME direct to check for the best solution they are very good .

To speed things up for the people behind you in line (at the ME welcoming area), make copies of the room ressie and the ME ticket book for each party to have on hand.

I'm not sure how many different arrival times can be put on file with the room reservation but it is at least two.

That's what I thought I'd do. This way they can see her name is on the reservation and on the voucher.

I'm sure nothing will happen, but I always like to "think ahead". ;)
