Different deals per country

Hmm... looks like Disney has posted the same deal again (% off based on number of night stays) but has extended the 'must be booked by' date to November 30th. I wonder if this means they won't be putting out a new deal?

We're Americans, living in Germany and we booked via the French site...the price was in € and we just figured up the exchange rate...and it was MUCH cheaper than any other site we checked (US, UK, Germany...the French site was cheap by several hundred Euro) didn't bother to use a no fee credit card, as with something that price, we'd prefer to pay the minimal international fee (I believe it was about $45 total) and accrue Disney points on our card instead.

Good Luck in your booking! :thumbsup2

Thanks for doing the work. We are also American living in Netherlands. It is different to have this be our new Disney fix and not know everything about it as we did with WDW. I will always check via the French site now. I use capital one because they don't charge any fees.

I hope for Flash Sale after November 30th.

NL already had one, and I don't think I saw Flash Sale for Ireland, France or UK in last two months either.

I regret not booking on the 40% off Irish deal now, But we weren't in a position to book then unfortunately! I am terrible at riding it out looking for a good offer, I am so nervous about it! At least now we have the full amount we need to book and get it all paid for at once. I just really hope for a good offer, and hopefully soon before my nerves are up! It seems all the sites have pretty much the same price (as far as I can see) and there's not a good price for Sequoia with the "winter offer", it's only about £200 off book price I think. I noticed that Germany have no offer at all apart from their last minute offer, and the Ranch 30% off offer, so I am checking daily to see if they have a flash sale!
*Sending us all a bit of luck and pixie dust*!

Have you tried the Canadian site? I think it's just the generic English international site (prices quotes in euros) but it has the 40% off right now... When I plug my dates in I get the same price quoted to me as with the previous Irish 40% off sale. Hope it works for you!

From the Disney site:
Book early, book smart!
Save up to 40%* on your hotel** and park ticket if book by 30th November 2012

Simply book a minimum 3 day / 2 night package until 30th November 2012 for arrivals between 4th January and 27th March 2013, you can save up to 40% on your Disney hotel and park tickets.

Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately I could not get it to show any other offer than 1 day and night free, even when clicking "more offers" and then going through the link with 40% off. I played around with the dates but could not find that offer on any dates or hotels! I'll try when I get home, I know sometimes it gets funny with different cookies it finds and I often get different prices on different computers (or at different times). Maybe I'll ring if that doesn't work! xx

I tried that, but for some reason it didn't work. It says 40 off for arrivals till 27th of March. My dates are in, but I get only regular price. Tried less nights, changed hotel and nothing.

I am going to HNY on 2nd of December for 4 nights (2 adults and 1 child age 8) and I have just entered those dates into the Irish website booking system. It gives me a more expensive price for HNY than I paid (I got the 40% offer) but the price for NPB is exactly the same as it was last month. It says the offer is "Winter Magical Offer" plus "kids under 12 free" but it is working out at exactly the same price as the 40 percent offer that I was looking at last month.

So when you are checking prices it might be a good idea to open the current brochure and work out what your price would be if it had 40 percent off and then check against the on-line price because they might be the same offers just under a different name.

Also just checked SL and the price for my dates is still the same price I saw last month at 40 percent off (again it is called "Winter Magical Offer") but Santa Fe has gone up and is 130 more expensive than it was last month.

It may be a case of trying different dates and different hotels and see if any of the options are the equivalent to 40% off. A bit of a pain but may save you a bit of money which is always a good thing :thumbsup2

Argh, It's so annoying! The price I had with 40% off was around £600, the price I am getting on the UK site (or pretty much all of them now) is around £850+! It looks like all of the offers will change on 30th Nov, so I guess we've got to be patient. xx

I'll be waiting too. Will try to do an upgrade and hope everything works out.

I tried different dates, hotels, but none showed 40 off offer. Just the standard one. I wonder why.
