different characters on different boats ??

Are there different Disney characters on each of the 4 boats ? I know the main 4-5 will be on every one and the princesses ...but anyone else travel just one and not the others ??

Basically the same characters travel on all the ships. Specialty cruises will sometimes have more than normal and have different outfits. It's kind of based on their schedules and availability; they are busy mice, you know.
