boarding procces, terminal in general, and where do you board on the ship? In PC it's the atrium. What about Vancouver. Thanks!

In Vancouver you go through security with passengers from all ships. You then go to checkin with DCL. Boarding was on deck 4.

Vancouver was a bit confusing in the sense that the main check in room is shared with several over cruise lines. It was loud, crowded, but Disney Cast Members were everywhere to help you and direct you through. Also because you leave from Canada and are headed onto a ship that is going to Alaska, you have to go through customs. The waiting area once your all finished with the pre-board stuff isn't as polished as PC but we spent all of 20 seconds in that room. I think if you are planning to fly in a day or two before your cruise (I recommend that) and book your hotel through Disney, using their Transportation Options made the check in process a breeze for us.

Well darn. We are docked with another Norwegian ship and some other ship. Long lines I guess :(
When we went on our cruise, I believe there were two other ships in port. While there was a line, the process went relatively quickly. I don't remember just standing in line and not moving.

I actually enjoyed the Vancouver port. It was much more exciting, especially when going through with NCL passengers. We all talked about what ship we were going on and what the itineraries would be. Just felt more lively and worldly to me and Vancouver is a gorgeous port area. I've boarded ships in San Diego, San Pedro, Seattle, Port Canaveral and Vancouver and Vancouver was my favorite.

The Vancouver port doesn't have Disney pressed penny machines. You also get to go under a sweet bridge as you sail from port!

If you have Main / Early dining you will probably miss the view from Deck 9 or 10. I believe that the Wonder departs around 5pm and dinner is at 5:45(ish). Now if you are dining in Palo you will be able to see the bridge after you have passed under it (or you can easily step out onto deck 10 and take a look)
