Differences between Fantasy/Dream and Wonder staterooms

I don't use the storage in the coffee table since I'm afraid I'll forget whatever's in there.

This is where we always stored the stuffed animals during the day...so they could "nap" lol.

There's a sheer curtain. And a blackout curtain.

And the room divider curtain is the same heavy curtain as the blackout curtain.

Sort of. It's about 6-8 inches wide. Not very comfortable for actual sitting, but you can rest on it some. Here's a little closer view:

Those "extra drawers" on the classic ships were originally a steamer trunk (in keeping with the cruise design).

Oh, how I LOVED those steamer trunks! They held a TON of stuff!!!

I know it's a weird question...but on OV on the Wonder with the large porthole...do they have heavy drapes to cover or just a flimsy film?

I don't think that's a weird question at ALL! I have sleep issues so one of the things I need to help me sleep is a VERY dark room. In my 11 DCL cruises, in all categories of staterooms, there have been wonderful blackout curtains. I find even the privacy curtain has very nice blackout qualities as well. I've been in an OV room a few times and the curtains were nice and heavy and room darkening as PrincessShmoo's pix and post show! (Shmoo has the best collection of DCL miscellany I have ever seen! )
