Differences between 2 St. John snorkel excursions?

I want to book my excursions next week. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the St. John Trunk Bay Beach & Snorkel Tour vs. the 5-star St. John snorkel & beach adventure? I will be taking my kids with me too if that makes a difference. Thank you for all your help.

The main difference will probably the transportation to the beach. The faster the boat, the more snorkling you can do. Although, we took a sailboat and thoroughly enjoyed the ride over. We had a smaller group also.

We took the land tour of St. John and it was great. After seeing Trunk Bay, we decided next Eastern, we are definitely going there. It's lovely!!
