Difference in phone quote vs confirmation

I booked a package today for 2 rooms at CBR using my 30% for the end of July using my year long 30% off Moderates Resort pin. But the price I received in my confirmation is over $330 LESS than what the CM quoted me over the phone.

I tried to run the numbers and I can't figure out that Disney math. (UGH!!) I confirmed several times over the phone that I don't want the insurance and he said that was $66 per adult anyway so I know it's not from the insurance. There can't possibly be too many pins out there for the end of July which would have given me a better rate - right??? I don't know if I want to jump for joy or do not pass go - do not collect $330.

I'd leave it for now, but just keep in mind that it may go back up? Are you sure all the dates are right on your conf? And the tickets are added?

maybe it would help to tell us what all is included in your confirmation? and totals. 2 rooms CBR (what level room?), what dates, how many days? tickets, ddp. I would double check that everything is correct in the confirmation.

it sounds like maybe he didnt add park hopper or water park add ons to the tickets

Yes something is off. I would call back and not necessarily tell them the difference in the quote, but have them check to make sure everything you wanted it on the ressie. Just have them run the numbers again to double check.
If it were me and I didn't check something would be terribly wrong with my trip and would end up paying the extra and being upset at the begining of my vacation.
