Difference in club lounges

i am debating which club/hotel to book. DO all 3 have their own check in instead of front desk registration? Will it be affected if we get there at 8am? Will the grand Californian concierge check in be affected by the construction in September? We are checking in at 8am and know there will be a lot of people also checking out so im trying to figure out if I will make early morning hour at 9am without losing any time...thank you
